A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) is mandatory for all returns. We will not accept any return merchanise without this number.
In the unlikely event your goods are damaged in transit , please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of the damaged goods.
Defective items must be return WITHIN 30 DAYS of PURCHASE with its original packaging and original sales receipt. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of the defective items.
Or We will send a prepaid pick up tag for all return merchandise.
